Return Policy

All orders are applicable for full refunds within the first 90 days. Your Satisfaction, is our Promise to you the Customer. If your purchase is well over the 90 day time limit we are always happy to help you resolve your issue.

We usually will not offer a full refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 90 day refund period. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition as when you received it, along with its original packaging.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the Shipping address.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

We cannot cancel or refund your order after 24 hours of purchasing, the reason for this is because your order is already being processed, packed & shipped from our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for your tracking information to be active.

When the package arrives and your still unhappy, please reach out to us so we can start your refund application process. We would love to help you resolve your issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your order is in transit and is still being delivered to you, but hasn't arrived as soon as you expected. (The shipping company is out of our control) You may request your money back and we will gladly do this for you but we are able to charge a 20% restocking fee (depending on the product) since the order will still be delivered for free and it's our expense.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It usually takes 2-5 Business days for processing your refund.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact us 24/7 Via email at customersupport@awakeningaesthetics.ca or Call us 1-800-914-0287 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
